Yes so very true on many levels. I'm actually surprised he didn't talk about death and how meaningless it seems now. I remember back in EQ and Shadowbane you would even lose experience and/or money from dieing. The mobs you killed to level were a challenge. All in all I hate how MMO's today cater to the needs of all the playerbase in trivializing gear. Keep all the prototype stuff and make it easy to aquire but they need to make all the rest harder to get and not just by adding difficulty settings, they should make them all a challenge.
